How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference Active RN license in the state of residence. Current CPR certification. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Schedule and Compensation Full‑time days, 12‑hour shifts, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with rotating weekends. Starting salary $38.00 per hour. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
