As a Virtual Receptionist, you'll help create positive first impressions and meaningful interactions for our customers and their callers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and so much more. Because Ruby operates 24/7/365 days a year, this position requires the ability to work a weekend day and holidays. Day-to-Day: Inbound Support: Deliver empathetic, articulate, and professional assistance to inbound callers across various industries. Multitasking and Adaptability: Seamlessly switching between unique client protocols, data entry systems, and customized call scripts across two monitors. Performance Goals: Meet and exceed core KPI's, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Your Qualifications and Skills Located withing 50 miles of San Antonio, Texas A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously. A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic, even during challenging interactions. A proven track record of self-motivation and reliable attendance. Preferred, but not required: Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role. Proficiency in Office 365. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
