Currently, they are seeking a Production Shift Lead for their Ft. Lauderdale facility. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced industrial recycling environment where you will help lead production operations, support shift teams, and promote a strong safety culture.

Production Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead shift team members through training, scheduling, productivity support, and daily direction
• Coordinate daily production activities and help keep operations running efficiently on the production floor
• Facilitate morning meetings with safety topics, production schedules, inbound/outbound loads, and daily priorities
• Support operators with efficiency, troubleshooting, and achieving production goals
• Help maintain quality standards and ensure processes comply with customer specifications
• Ensure inbound materials are processed on schedule
• Maintain a strong safety-focused culture throughout the facility
• Spend time on the production floor ensuring safety, organization, and productivity goals are met
• Assist with equipment operation and production support when needed

Production Shift Lead Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or guiding team members in a manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or industrial environment
• Lead operator or team lead experience strongly encouraged to apply
• Forklift experience required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced heavy industrial/recycling environment
• Recycling experience is a plus
• OSHA training is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required

Pay: $29.00/hour

Schedule: • 5:00am to 3:30pm OR • 8:30am to 7:00pm

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
