Hands-on EHS role driving plant safety culture on 1st or 2nd shift — $20-$26/hr, real influence on the shop floor. 11th August, 2026 Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist — 1st & 2nd Shift If you've spent your career making sure people go home the same way they came in, this is a place where that work actually gets noticed. You'll be embedded on a manufacturing plant floor, running inspections, leading training, and working shoulder to shoulder with supervisors and maintenance to solve real problems — not filing reports that disappear into a drawer. This is a plant that wants a safety program built by someone who's actually walked a floor before, not just read about one. You'll have the latitude to run your own inspection schedule, build out training content, and shape how safety gets talked about day to day. What You'll Be Doing Lead routine safety inspections that catch hazards before they become incidents Support investigations into incidents, injuries, near misses, and property damage Run machine guarding, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, housekeeping, fire protection, and emergency equipment checks Build Job Safety Analyses, risk assessments, and safe work procedures Deliver new-hire safety orientations and ongoing toolbox talks Administer core safety programs — PPE, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, forklift safety, confined space, hot work, and ergonomics Champion hazard reporting and continuous improvement among employees Partner with supervisors, maintenance, production, and management to resolve safety concerns 11th August, 2026 Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist — 1st & 2nd Shift If you've spent your career making sure people go home the same way they came in, this is a place where that work actually gets noticed.
