We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Medical Billing Representative at our Dodge City office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Interviews Begin: June 06, 2026

New Hire Training Class Begins: July 20, 2026

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.

· Manage inbound and outbound communications related to self-pay billing and insurance follow-up

· Work with patients to establish payment arrangements and process payments accurately and efficiently

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of client and patient requests

· Obtain and verify third-party payer information and communicate to client for processing

· Communicating professionally with clients, insurance companies, attorneys and other third parties

· Handle a high volume of calls from patients, clients, insurance companies, attorneys, and other parties

· Maintain compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, and all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Healthcare billing and insurance experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required)
