What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Department, focusing on adult and pediatric patients
• Perform IV starts with proficiency and monitor telemetry as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow established protocols, including stroke and pediatric care procedures
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during high-acuity situations
• Support multiple shifts and float as needed within the ER setting

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and required certifications (BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS)
• Minimum 2 years ER experience, including tele and IV skills
• 1 year of travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• EPIC electronic health record proficiency required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
