Director of Marketing & Growth

GraphXSource is a global provider of creative production services, technology, and workflow automation solutions serving the decorated apparel, promotional products, and related industries. For more than 20 years, we have combined production expertise with software and automation to help companies improve the way artwork, prepress, virtual proofs, mockups, production files, and other creative workflows are produced and managed. Our business includes both managed production services and technology/automation platforms , giving our clients the ability to outsource work, automate it, or combine the two. We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing & Growth to help us take these capabilities to market and drive measurable new business. The Role This is a senior, hands-on marketing position with a primary objective: generate qualified opportunities and help drive revenue growth. The Director of Marketing & Growth will develop and execute the marketing strategy for both GraphXSource's service offerings and automation platforms. We are looking for someone who understands B2B marketing and knows how to turn complex services and technology into a clear value proposition that gets the attention of decision-makers. This person should be equally comfortable developing strategy and executing it. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the overall marketing and demand-generation strategy for GraphXSource. Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for our service and technology businesses. Develop go-to-market strategies for new services, automation products, and platform capabilities. Build targeted campaigns aimed at decorators, promotional product companies, distributors, manufacturers, brands, and other potential enterprise clients. Develop messaging that clearly communicates ROI, labor savings, productivity improvements, faster turnaround, and workflow automation. Create and manage email, LinkedIn, digital, content, outbound, and account-based marketing campaigns. Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, landing pages, product messaging, and other tools needed by the sales team. Work directly with company leadership and sales to identify target accounts and market opportunities. Help position GraphXSource as both a production services partner and technology/automation partner . Develop strategies for cross-selling technology to service customers and services to technology customers. Establish KPIs and reporting around lead generation, qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI. Evaluate industry events, partnerships, associations, sponsorships, and other channels based on their ability to generate business. Manage outside marketing resources, agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of B2B marketing experience , including experience in a senior marketing, demand generation, growth, or go-to-market role. Demonstrated experience building marketing programs that directly contribute to sales pipeline and revenue. Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, digital marketing, outbound campaigns, content strategy, and account-based marketing. Experience marketing technology, SaaS, automation, outsourced services, or other complex B2B solutions. Ability to understand technical products and translate their capabilities into clear business benefits. Strong written communication and messaging skills. Experience working closely with sales teams and company leadership. Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment where strategy and execution are equally important. Data-driven and able to measure marketing effectiveness based on business results rather than activity alone. Industry Experience Previous experience in the decorated apparel, promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, branded merchandise, or related industries is strongly preferred, but not required. Candidates without direct industry experience should have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn specialized B2B markets and understand the operational challenges of the customers they serve. What We're Looking For We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is simply managing social media or maintaining a marketing calendar. We want a senior marketing professional who understands how to create demand. The right person will be able to look at GraphXSource's existing services, technology, customer relationships, and industry experience and develop a clear strategy for turning those assets into new revenue.
