Imaging Services Advanced Supervisor

Overview Monday‑Friday from 8am‑4:30pm. It is preferred that candidates have experience in ultrasound. This position is full time, days at Arnett Hospital, in the ultrasound department. Working with the Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. You will supervise Imaging Services personnel involved in advanced imaging modalities: CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Non‑Invasive Cardiology, Vascular Lab, Interventional, Neurodiagnostics or Mammography procedures. You will ensure department rules, regulations, procedures and protocols are properly followed. You will be responsible for oversight of quality programs and advanced modality accreditations through the American College of Radiology (ACR) or Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). For Mammography, you will ensure compliance with FDA MQSA Regulations. Qualifications 5‑7 years of relevant experience. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required. Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise patient positions when routine positioning is not possible. Active status in at least one of the following credentialing bodies: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), as required per specific modality. Must have at least one advanced imaging credential. Additional certifications may be required depending on department needs. Supervisors working in Interventional Radiology are encouraged but not required to meet the advanced credential requirement. License from the Indiana State Department of Health, as required per specific modality. Knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
