Role Overview

The General Manager has full responsibility for restaurant performance, including:
• Managing financial performance and profitability
• Hiring, training, and developing leaders
• Controlling food and labor costs
• Ensuring strong guest satisfaction
• Driving sales and local marketing efforts
• Building a positive, high-accountability culture
