Job Description


Lead shifts, build teams, and help run a successful restaurant.


Polly Management is looking for a strong Assistant Manager to help oversee operations in our Dairy Queen restaurants.


If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and creating a great guest experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Help manage daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and motivate the team
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with scheduling and inventory
• Resolve guest issues quickly
• Support sales and cost control goals


Qualifications
• Food service or retail management experience
• Leadership mindset
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting
• ServSafe a plus
