Job Description Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. Key Highlights Wide variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, Urology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, and OB Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance State-of-the-art equipment and Epic electronic medical records Supportive team environment with CRNA and physician collaboration Teaching opportunities with SRNAs and residents Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Master’s degree in nursing Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Essential Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists. Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation. Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training. Salary Range $183.26 to $261.14 Hourly The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
