Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the office calendar to ensure efficient patient flow and appointment density. Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and perform appointment reminders. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, assist with insurance verification, and process payments. Office Harmony: Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide a seamless experience for every visitor.
