Internal Registry RN

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking an Internal Registry RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units based on staffing needs. In this flexible, internal float role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and support safe transitions of care. The Internal Registry RN upholds hospital policies, safety and infection control standards, documents accurately in the EMR, precepts as needed, and contributes to quality improvement while modeling compassionate, culturally sensitive service.
