Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour Shift Options: 1st, 6 AM-2:30 PM | 2nd, 2 PM-10:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Press Brake Operator Requirements
- 1–2+ years of CNC press brake experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical specifications.
- Knowledge of sheet metal forming, bend allowances, and tooling setup.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
Press Brake Operator Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake machines.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers.
- Bend and form sheet metal to customer specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and material issues.
- Complete production documentation and quality records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while supporting production goals.
