Schedule: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and engineering specifications
• Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings based on production requirements
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure accurate part production
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine performance, tooling, or material inconsistencies
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams to support production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Press Brake Operator experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment such as Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical specifications
• Strong understanding of sheet metal forming processes and bend allowances
• Experience performing machine setups and tooling changes
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform quality inspections
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
