What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and perform first article inspections on Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine maintenance & quality issues
- Ensure production goals & quality standards are met
- Work closely with a team to improve processes & efficiency
- Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks
- Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation
What You Need to Apply:
- Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma), GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CNC Swiss machining (MUST)
- Machine Expertise: Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC Machines (MANDATORY)
- Work Stability: 5+ years tenure at previous companies (No short-term stints or contractors)
- Strong communication skills & ability to follow complex instructions
- US Citizens or Green Card Holders ONLY
