About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of E-Commerce to spearhead its digital commerce strategy and drive sustainable online growth. This senior leadership role demands a professional with a strong background in e-commerce, digital commerce, or digital retail, particularly within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global e-commerce strategy, owning online sales, and leading the optimization of the digital business to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet ambitious commercial targets. Key responsibilities for the Head of E-Commerce include managing and developing the e-commerce team, working closely with cross-functional teams, and using data to inform strategic decisions. The role requires a candidate with at least 8 years' of experience in the field, a proven track record in driving online revenue, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with a strong grasp of P&L and e-commerce performance metrics, and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A passion for digital innovation and a hands-on approach to problem-solving are also essential for this position.
