Salary: $104,900 - 174,700 per year Requirements:

• We require a masters degree or higher in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• We need strong experience in machine learning, NLP, and LLM-based modeling.
• We need proven experience designing and running experiments, including model evaluation and iterative improvement.
• We require strong coding ability.
• We require experience with generative AI methods such as prompt engineering and RAG.
• We require experience designing and assessing hybrid search solutions that combine semantic and lexical retrieval, using embeddings and vector databases.
• We require hands-on experience creating agentic workflows and reasoning strategies, including use of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen in real-world applications.
• We require proficiency in Python and data analysis tools.
• We require a strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and large-scale text processing.

• We develop and implement NLP, LLM, and generative AI solutions, including RAG and prompt strategies.
• We define agentic workflows and reasoning approaches for multi-step legal tasks.
• We design retrieval strategies, including hybrid search, and create evaluation measures such as relevance and ranking quality.
• We analyze large-scale legal datasets to generate insights and improve model performance.
• We establish best practices for model evaluation, validation, and benchmarking.
• We translate experimental findings into clear product recommendations and business impact.
• We partner with product, legal experts, and engineers to ensure solutions align with user needs.
• We mentor team members and provide technical leadership in data science and AI.
