Interacts professionally with physicians, patients/families, and healthcare staff. * Maintains a good working relationship within the clinic and with hospital departments. Other duties as assigned. * Responds to voicemail messages promptly. Responds to all referrals within one to two business days. * Obtains and enters EMR demographic and medical records/tests/scans/results necessary for the first office visit. * Collaborates with navigators, schedulers, physicians, and office staff. * Ensures verification of benefits has been obtained and clearly documented in EMR.
