Job Description Senior Business Analyst – Conversion Team The successful candidate will assist in data analysis, mapping, and review for financial institution requirements, while contributing to requirement gathering, documentation, program engagement, and team collaboration throughout the pre‑, during‑, and post‑conversion phases. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance with data analysis, mapping, and review for financial institution requirements. Gather, write, and align requirements, engaging with program stakeholders and team partners. Manage relationships with internal and external business partners and advisors to identify root causes of operational and service issues, and implement solutions to enhance advisor and client satisfaction. Lead process improvement and business transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of strategies. Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications Strong relationship‑management and influencing skills. Ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions. Experience in broker‑dealer or tape‑to‑tape environments. Working knowledge of operations techniques (DTC or settlement experience is a plus). Ameriprise Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
