Electrical Specialist

This position is not a Senior Electrical Engineer role. Instead, the Electrical Superintendent will serve as a key bridge between the engineering team and the hourly electrical workforce, providing leadership, direction, and coordination for electrical craft personnel in the field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong electrical construction and/or maintenance experience, including both power distribution ("big wire") and controls/instrumentation ("small wire")
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and managing hourly electrical employees
• The ability to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• A solid understanding of electrical systems and field execution

An engineering degree is not required. Hands-on electrical experience combined with strong leadership and supervisory skills is the primary focus for this role. However, candidates with an engineering degree who also have significant field leadership experience will certainly be considered.
