Specific Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair

• Commercial cooking equipment (Stoves, fryers, ovens, ice machines)
• Commercial refrigeration equipment (walk in coolers, freezers, rack house, etc.)
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
• Not responsible for estimating jobs
• We have a team that sources parts, so you don't have to
• Not responsible for billing or collecting payments on the job

Professionally

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customer
• Keep your van stocked
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Pass drug screening TN 14 panel

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience
• Top Pay for proven experienced professionals
• Paid emergency on call, rotation with other techs
• Be able to work as a team
• Ability to troubleshoot complex situations
• Must be able to diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial systems including Walk in Freezers and Coolers
• CFC Certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, and in good working order and condition
• Navigate mobile apps, and communicate documentation with ease

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs. frequently
• Strong balance and coordination when climbing ladders and working on roofs
• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces may be required
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting wires and precise measurements
