Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) Senior Living Facility

HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive environment. As a PRN position, it is ideal for professionals seeking flexible scheduling to support our full-time therapy team during vacations and planned time off.

Job Details:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for residents to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions
• Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing staff, physicians, and family members, to ensure coordinated care
• Educate residents and their families on strategies to support communication and swallowing safety

Requirements:

• Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
• Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
