• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and appropriate intervention strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each session is aligned with best practices.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to devise and implement coordinated treatment plans that address the complex needs of each patient.
