Service Appointment CoordinatorCasey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator for our Business Development Center! Do you possess top-notch phone etiquette and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience?In this vital role, you will be the voice of our service departments—handling high-volume inbound and outbound service calls, assisting with scheduling service appointments, and helping us hit our daily appointment goals.If you have strong customer service and communication skills, are motivated by clear targets, and are dedicated to excellence, we want you on our team!Compensation & AvailabilityPay: $16.00 per hour plus commissionsSchedule Requirements: Must be available to work shifts Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.QualificationsCore Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills are required. We look for results-driven individuals who are motivated by clear benchmarks. Your primary focus is to turn conversations into booked service appointments while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; OR 1 to 3 months of related customer service/call center experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Telephone Skills: Ability to master phone training techniques, demonstrating exceptional phrasing, tone, and smooth communication.Communication: Strong ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence, and effectively present information to customers and team members.Professionalism: Strict adherence to company guidelines regarding integrity, customer honesty, and professional language.
