RN Supervisor - Medical/Surgical Unit | Up to $58/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Compensation: $38.00-$58.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: Choose between:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (4-year commitment)
• OR up to $25,000 Tuition Loan Repayment Assistance

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 available for qualified candidates

Position Overview

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a high-performing Medical/Surgical team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to support staff development, drive patient care excellence, and help maintain a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The unit cares for patients with a variety of medical diagnoses including neurological conditions, falls, syncope, gastrointestinal disorders, infections, anemia, and respiratory illnesses. Patients are typically medically stable and expected to discharge within 24-72 hours, creating a fast-paced environment focused on quality outcomes and efficient patient throughput.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• Promote high-quality, patient-centered care and safety initiatives
• Assist with staffing, workflow coordination, and patient throughput
• Mentor and develop nursing team members
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous acute care nursing experience required
• Prior charge nurse, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
