You serve as the first point of contact for arriving guests, contributing to a positive first impression while ensuring the security and flow of valet operations.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culturePark and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, including driving both standard and automatic transmissionsGreet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage when needed, and verify check-in statusDocument any existing vehicle damage and secure guest keys accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized valet area, including driveways and key booth operationsEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:6 months of experience in a valet or similar guest service role preferredAbility to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditionsAbility to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including standard and automatic transmissionsAbility to safely back into tight spaces and park vehicles in high-traffic or congested areasAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemRequirements:This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuanaAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork Cards:Alcohol Awareness CardDriver's License10 Year DMV History ReportPhysical Requirements:Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 75lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsFrequently Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistOccasionally sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to ascend and descend stairsWork Environment Potential Conditions:IndoorOutdoorSmokyNoisyBright flashing lightsExtreme hot cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
