Summary:
Provide baggage handling and storage service and park and retrieve guests vehicles.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide baggage handling and storage service for all individual and group guests
- Park and retrieve customers vehicles
- Perform a walk around of the guest vehicle and note damage on ticket prior to issuing guest their ticket
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
