Position Overview: Rehab Director

In the role of Rehab Director, you will guide a diverse rehabilitation team to provide outstanding, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, managing budgets and productivity levels, and spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing quality.

• Lead and manage daily rehabilitation operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Oversee budget management and productivity metrics.
• Implement and drive quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, patients, and their families to develop tailored care plans that optimize patient outcomes.

• Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
