Responsibilities: Accelerate SMB Revenue Growth: Build compelling narratives and sales enablement materials that make complex products accessible and irresistible to businesses. Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that directly increase adoption of TikTok's marketing solutions for Small and Mid-Market businesses in high-potential verticals. Own revenue goals for non-commerce SMB segments, tracking your direct contribution to TikTok's business growth. Create Multi-Channel Campaigns That Convert: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, events, social, email, and more. Build Game-Changing Content: Lead content strategy development that positions TikTok and its business solutions as the essential partner for business growth. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing or content strategy role. Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance. Expert communicator with the ability to articulate abstract concepts. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
