We're looking for a Fenty Event Squad Specialist to join our team and amplify the Fenty Universe (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, and Fenty Fragrance) presence within Sephora and ULTA retail stores.

In this flexible, multi-location role, you will be the face of Fenty during key event activations and product launches. You will maximize sales and cultivate new client relationships by engaging customers across all our multi-expert categories: Skincare, Makeup, Hair, and Fragrance. A core responsibility will be providing custom foundation matching and showcasing our hero products, all while embodying Fenty Beauty's mission of inclusivity and wearing the full Fenty Face.

Sales & Event Leadership

• Exceed assigned sales goals, product targets, and sales per hour objectives by delivering exceptional customer service during key events and activations.
• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through expert complexion shade matching and compelling demonstrations of the entire Fenty Universe (Beauty, Skin, Hair, Fragrance).
• Leverage multi-world selling techniques to maximize sales across all product categories.
• Provide pre-event education and training to store teams to enhance brand engagement and optimize retail activations.

Merchandising & Operations

• Ensure impeccable hygiene standards for all product applications, maintaining clean gondolas and perfectly displayed testers.
• Proactively communicate any inventory needs, out-of-stocks, or visual merchandising challenges to the Kendo Manager, adapting quickly to find solutions.

Relationship Building & Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with team members to successfully execute large-scale selling events.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with in-store beauty advisors, store leadership, and field teams at Sephora and ULTA.
• Exhibit professionalism, a positive attitude, and cooperative communication with all colleagues and partners.

Schedule & Availability

• Embrace a flexible work schedule, with hours varying monthly (0-12 hours) based on event activations.
• Be available for key events, primarily Thursday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
• Calendar dates for events will be provided through the end of the year.
