RN - Supervisor

Supervisor Nurse

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care. Assess units with nurse managers. Communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop a record-keeping system to record medication errors and counseling. One weekend shift is required per month.

End Date: 09/12/2026

Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 hours

Experience: Seven years of experience is required, five of which must be in a supervisory role. Two years of emergency department experience is required.

License: RN License

Certifications: Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from the Department of Education, BLS Certification

Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program
