Job Full Description Help Desk IT - $20 Express is hiring for MULTIPLE Seasonal Help Desk IT positions for a company in Knoxville, TN.

Help Desk IT responsibilities:
- Escalate and hand off unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians as needed
- Provide accurate, timely information on IT products, services, and known issues
- Follow up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction
- Record events, problems, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Maintain the highest level of guest/customer service at all times
- Support additional special projects as assigned
- 1 year of experience in a technical support, customer service, or retail role; help desk experience is a plus
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and common office/communication platforms
- CompTIA A+ certification (or coursework toward it) is a plus, not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in IT or a related field preferred
- Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
- Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
- After training, schedule is subject to change.
- Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season.
- Comfortable to sit for extended periods of time
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
