Senior Paralegal

Position Summary As a Sr. Paralegal you will be part of a premier corporate law department assisting attorneys by providing primary legal support in connection with the CVS Caremark Prescription Benefit Management, Healthcare Services Group. The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, integrity, self‑direction, excellent drafting skills, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities and Duties Support the drafting and review of a wide variety of contracts. Collaborate with Client Account Management, Proposals, Finance, and other operational stakeholders to ensure contracts follow CVS Caremark’s business and operational standards. Assist with day‑to‑day communications and coordinate responses to inquiries from project stakeholders. Identify legal and business risks and provide solutions to internal business partners that drive projects to the desired result. Manage information, including updating files and electronic data related to assigned projects. Perform general legal research and contract administrative support as assigned. Complete other related work as assigned. Required Qualifications 3+ years of Paralegal and/or Contract Administrator experience. 3+ years of experience with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal and/or contract administrator experience. At least 2 years of commercial/service contract drafting experience. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program. Previous experience in a legal, compliance, or health plan environment. Westlaw experience. SalesForce.com experience. Education Bachelor’s degree required. Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent related experience also acceptable. Work Hours and Time Type Full time – 40 hours per week. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $34.66 – $76.26 per hour (or equivalent full‑time salary). This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
