Facility:
This major healthcare system operates a 600+ bed facility that serves as both a Level II Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. The facility is part of a well-established network providing comprehensive neurosurgical services to adult and pediatric patients throughout the region.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (PA) - Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery

Job Details:
• Work with a well-established, high volume neurosurgery practice alongside 5 neurosurgeons and 4 advanced practice providers
• Provide first assist services for adult and pediatric neurosurgical patients
• Inpatient rounding responsibilities with call coverage
• Call rotation among PAs with 1:4/5 weekend call responsibility and 1:4/5 night call responsibility
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
• Schedule options include Monday-Friday with weekend call or 7 on/7 off rotation
• Must have active Florida license and current board certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an advanced practice provider in Neurosurgery OR required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe of 30-60 days
• Must be able to work a minimum of two weeks per month
• Nearest airport is Tampa International

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
