Office Clerk / Transportation Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 07:00pm )
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails professionally.
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, deliveries, updates, and transportation-related questions.
- Check and verify trailer seals for accuracy and security.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, deliveries, and transportation activities.
- Complete data entry and update information in computer systems.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, internal staff, and other personnel.
Office Clerk / Transportation Clerk Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
