The Final Assembler, working with a team, completes the assembly of the cooler, ensuring that it is customer ready.Your ResponsibilitiesHand assembly of cooler componentsUses hand and power tools to assemble components and the final completed coolerStudies blueprints, work orders, or schematics to plan and carry out tasksTest and disassembles assemblies for shipmentOperates manlifts and cranesOther duties as assigned/directed by supervisorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred6 months to 1 year experience in assembly in a manufacturing environmentAptitude of mechanicsSelf-motivatedDetail orientedAbility to work in a team atmosphereAbility to work in tight or enclosed areasAbility to work at height 6 feet of the groundAbility to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouchExcellent hand-eye coordinationWork safely and look out for the safety of the teamKeep a clean and hazard free workspaceIdentify any defective items and handle them accordinglyUse reason to solve problemsAbility to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periodsAbility to lift up to 35lbsFollow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPETakes pride in work product and the final product that is shippedWhy Join Eads?Great Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
