Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Up to 10-Hour Shifts

Join a growing team assembling and wiring large switchgear units that power airports, hospitals, schools, and distribution centers.

What You'll Do

• Mechanically assemble switchgear and switchboard units

• Perform wiring, panel assembly, and harness installation

• Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Use hand tools, specialty tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Work in a fast-paced production environment on a conveyor line

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience

• 1+ year of electrical assembly or wiring experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Experience with wiring, crimping, panel assembly, and hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
