ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for an agency, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building long-term relationships.

I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Sports Management and Business Administration. I’m also the proud father of two boys, and much of my time outside of work is spent supporting youth athletics and community activities. I stay actively involved in the community through the local high school football booster program and as a youth baseball coach. Supporting local families and helping young people succeed is something I care deeply about.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeff Berthney - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
