Job Full Description Our client located in Wellford is seeking a production operator.
Job Summary
Perform equipment calibration, measure and inspect pipe to ensure quality standards, use hand and power tools, prepare products for shipping, and follow daily safety procedures.
Assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Manufacturing experience preferred (plastics extrusion a plus)
Experience with hand tools; basic computer and math skills
Able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
Detail-oriented with strong safety record
Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Strong English communication skills
Testing:
Pre-employment and drug/alcohol testing, physical, background check, vision, and hearing exams (safety-sensitive role).
Pay & Schedule:
Starting pay: $23.32-hour, Shift Diff $2.50, overtime (1.5x over 40 hours)
