About the Role
The Lead Patient Access Rep coordinates and oversees patient access staff and functions, while maintaining an advanced level of skills and expertise. Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of all inpatients and outpatients. Ensures that accurate patient information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policy and procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise. Functions as a role model and resource to staff.
2:00PM - 10:00PM EVENING SHIFT

Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. Qualifications

· Two years of Hospital Admitting office experience as a Lead

· High School Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D.

· Basic Understanding of Medical Terminology

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Strong time management skills

· Ability to multitask and maintain a work pace appropriate to workload

· Computer literacy and proficiency

· Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

• Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is $29.00 - $33.00 hourly. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
