Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Communications Director to join our team! As a Communications Director, you will be working closely with a team of professionals, marketing experts, and cleaners to implement an effective communication strategy across multiple channels. You will also ultimately be responsible for the final voice, image, and public perception of the company itself. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, is comfortable leading a team, and is a strong communicator.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of cleaners and professionals
Establish and maintain a communications strategy in line with the company’s vision and mission
Manage relations with local and state media
Be the voice and image of the company
Handle customers and scheduling
Qualifications
Previous experience as a communications Director
Demonstratable ability to manage and lead a team of professionals, including scheduling and problem-solving
Deep understanding of copywriting, copy editing, graphic design and publishing
Understanding of social media platforms and basic social media marketing strategies
Strong communication skills are essential
The ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask various projects and priorities
Flexible work from home options available.
