Responsibilities Lead shifts each week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition. Monitor the performance of assigned departments to reach targets. Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, cleanliness, crew scheduling, training, customer service, safety, and security. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.
