Medical Director - Manhattan Multispecialty Clinic

An NYC-based multispecialty practice that services union employees is seeking a Medical Director for their outpatient clinic in Harlem. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a guaranteed base salary, sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and student loan forgiveness of over $30k and qualification for PSLF.

Job Function:
- Provide primary care to a patient panel; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and support ~20 physicians and specialists.
- Oversee clinical quality, scheduling, performance, and operational workflows.
- Ensure timely EMR documentation; participate in center and system-wide initiatives.
- Cerner EMR System
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine Required.
- NY License Required.
- Previous Leadership Experience Required
