Executive Lean Transformation Leader

You will set strategy, standards, and a deployment roadmap, while building a scalable organization design with clear roles and escalation processes.
You will coach senior leaders, drive Lean maturity, and connect strategy to frontline performance management, partnering across ISC and HR for sustainable capability development.
