Location: Aurora, CO Pay Rate: $28/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you represent the face of the organization to patients during important moments in their healthcare journey. As a floater, your experience and flexibility help ensure continuity of care across multiple sites while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and patient trust. What You’ll Do Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time Collect both clinical and forensic specimens following established practices and procedures Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling, including patient signature post‑venipuncture Maintain required records and documentation with strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy Create and maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public What We’re Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Minimum two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision Strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and travel to multiple locations with minimal notice Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, if applicable Keyboarding and data entry experience Ability to meet compliance requirements What’s In it For You Consistent weekday schedule Variety of work locations and daily responsibilities Opportunity to apply advanced phlebotomy skills in both clinical and forensic settings Dynamic role well-suited for experienced, adaptable professionals Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
