Direct Support Associate

Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a Direct Support Associate, where you'll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do:
As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you'll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill-building activities such as:
- Vocational tasks
- Volunteerism
- Outings and integrative community experiences
Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$20/hr
Hours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30 hours/week, Monday - Friday. We also have part-time!
What We're Looking For:
We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Residential Counselor
- Caregiver
- Behavior Technician
- Support Counselor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
