CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inside Sales candidates in the Auburn, MA area.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines while providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Learn and confidently discuss the company's full product portfolio with customers and prospects.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and product inquiries while delivering exceptional customer support.
• Escalate customer complaints and complex issues to the Sales Manager as needed.
• Conduct outreach to existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Organize and manage customer follow-up activities within the call management system.
• Accurately take customer orders and enter information into the CRM system.
• Document customer interactions, communications, and outcomes in customer history records.
• Complete sales-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Schedule and manage customer and prospect follow-up calls.
• Perform business-to-business cold calling to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Utilize company-provided sales scripts and communication tools effectively.
• Maintain organized lead records, prospect information, and sales documentation.
• Track prospect activity and ensure timely follow-up on business development opportunities.
• Coordinate and distribute product samples and marketing materials to customers and qualified prospects.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and offerings.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Basic typing and note-taking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and dependable work history.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Inside sales experience preferred.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and order entry preferred.
• Experience making outbound sales or prospecting calls preferred.
• Experience working in a small office environment preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Work Environment: Small team environment
