We are seeking one LPN to join our team!

Part-time and Per Diem shifts available.

Come join  THE premier Senior Living Campus in Fairfield County at The Greens at Cannondale. We are looking to develop top Senior Care Professionals.

Bronze Quality Award Winner 2025

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR)
• Knowledge of geriatric care
