Assembler | Temp To Hire PositionWe're hiring an Assembler for a well-established manufacturing facility in Aston, PA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with hands-on training, long-term potential, and a supportive team environment. Ideal for someone with prior soldering experience or a mechanically inclined candidate eager to learn a skilled trade.What You'll Do:Use hand tools to bolt parts togetherPerform hand soldering of small electronic components, wires, and assembliesFollow detailed work instructions, schematics, and blueprintsConduct quality inspections to ensure proper connections and adherence to specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceAssist with other assembly and production tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Prior assembly experience is requiredMechanically inclined with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailSoldering experience is a plusReliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experienceLocation: On-site in Aston, PASchedule: Full-time, temp to hire positionWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
